This beautiful 5 carat Larimar oval cabochon stone is bezeled in a sterling silver larger oval on a narrow band.  Size 8.5  (Larimar, also called "Stefilia's Stone", is a rare blue variety of the silicate mineral pectolite found only in the Dominican Republic, in the Caribbean. Its coloration varies from white, light-blue, green-blue to deep blue.)  This particular stone was purchased at the Tucson Gem & Mineral show in Tucson, AZ by me.
