Ivory Creek is a natural and rare white Variscite gemstone.  Purchased from Rare Earth Mining, this talon shaped stone is bezeled in sterling silver and is accented with 14K gold; twisted wire above the stone and square wire alongside in an asymmetrical fashion.  This comes on an adjustable chain up to 22".  Pendant measures 1,3/4" from top of bail to pointed bottom.
